Questions
Can I use this just for my own business?
Yes. Every plan includes your own business account, and it doesn't count as a client. Pick "Just me" when you sign up and you start in your own account, with the AI setting it up for you. You can add clients later, any time.
Are there any setup or implementation fees?
No. You pay the monthly plan (or the one-time license) and that is it. The AI interview does the setup work an agency would normally charge for.
What does the lifetime license include?
One payment, no subscription: everything in the Unlimited plan (unlimited client accounts, contacts and users, full Resell Studio and every AI feature). Usage (texts, email, AI) works the same as on the monthly plans; see "How is usage charged?".
How is usage charged?
Texts and calls run on your own Twilio or Telnyx account, with a number bought for each client in the app, so Twilio or Telnyx bill you directly. For email and AI you choose, per account. On the platform's own connections, usage is prepaid: add money to your AI Studio wallet by card and it is paid from there at our cost plus 15% (covers card fees): $0.00115 per email, and AI by what each job actually uses (a typical reply is about 3¢, $0.0322; bigger jobs, like building a whole page, cost more). AI features switch on once the wallet is topped up; a job that is running always finishes, and the wallet can go up to $100 below zero before AI pauses. The free trial includes $50 of AI a month. Or connect your own Resend or Mailgun, or Claude key: those providers bill you directly and we charge nothing for that usage. When you pass usage on to your clients, texts count at $0.0123 per text segment (US, carrier fees included), picture messages at $0.03, and calls at $0.0085 a minute in or $0.014 out. Ad spend always goes straight to Google or Meta.
